We are still not sure whether next generation iPhone would be called as iPhone 4S or iPhone 5 or both yet. According to 9to5mac, they said the iPhone 4S would provide 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage option.
Currently, we only have 16GB and 32GB to choose for the iPhone 4. However, the iPad has already provided 16GB, 32GB and 64GB for a while. Hence, this sounds logical for future iPhone to provide the 64GB version.
